| Just got off the phone w/a rep from Naturalizer. I brought two pairs of shoes. Wore one for a few hours and had to stop and buy another pair b/c the Naturalizer shoe was SO uncomfortable. Called in about the worn pair. Was told the return was at the store's discretion (by at least two different reps). Took both pairs back to the store in Green Acres. No problem. I'm told at the store that as long as the store returns them, the return will be accepted. Well, I just got the worn pair back in the mail. No prior notification that the return had not been accepted. That is what I call LOUSY customer service. So, I'm just out the money for the shoes. If you can't refund my money, then issue a store credit. Give me a reason to come to your store or visit your website and then MAYBE you'd keep me as a customer. But that wasn't done so after wearing Naturalizer shoes for years, I will no longer shop there. BTW, the replacement pair I bought? Aerosoles. Very comfy and very cute. So long Naturalizer. |

| It’s very good to see that they always offer unique and fine made varieties and they display their shoes collections according to the season. I’m quite happy to bought Naturalizer Capri gold leather shoe fro here; they are so stylish and sleek that I can easily wear them any where as a casual or in parties also. I was very glad to receive my shoes on time and the price was also as good as I could afford. I’ve ordered them several times for casual, shoes, pumps and handbags and got good experience from here. |
